Colds, cough, bus and jeepney.

June 24, 2009

Last Sunday, I sneezed twice, and it caused me a colds. Since that today until today, I have colds. And also, I have cough.

Last Monday around/between late afternoon and early evening, I had my first time to rode a bus, from the bus terminal near the TriNoma mall, in Quezon City, that it’s signage that their service will be until Malinta Exit in Valenzuela City, and from there, I took a jeepney ride until in Bisalao, also in Valenzuela City.

Father’s Day pizza.

June 22, 2009

I asked my mom last Saturday what is/are their plan/s for Father’s Day for my dad. She told me that my oldest brother told to my mom that we would go to eat in a restaurant.

But late afternoon yesterday, my dad said that instead of eating in a restaurant, he said that call the delivery hotline of Shakey’s. About early evening yesterday, when we calling the delivery hotline of the aforementioned popular pizza chain, it’s hard to get thru. After few minutes, my brother decided to call the delivery hotline of Pizza Hut.

Due to that the order list of Pizza Hut and Shakey’s via their delivery hotlines respectively, my oldest brother decided to buy a pizza, about six/6 pieces of sausages, and about eight pieces of chicken, along Mindanao Avenue, in Quezon City.

I dreams dreams.

June 18, 2009

I had two/2 dreams today. One/1 before I woke up, and one/1 earlier this morning.

I forgot the two/2 dreams all about. I dreamt my dream yesterday afternoon while taking an afternoon nap, after the first/1st dream I dreamt.

There are times that I forgot my dreams, after I woke up. There are times that after I woke up, I remember the dream. But after awhile, I forgot the dream.

My adventures before, during, and after the 2009 Toy Con.

June 17, 2009

(Before:)

When I arrived at MRT North Edsa station 2:00 pm, the drivers of the two/2 stations at this time sucks. I don’t know they didn’t/don’t stop.

(During:)

I paid the (100 peso/Php 100) entrance fee in Mega Trade Hall 2, and the exit in Mega Trade Hall 3. The event was held on the halls of Mega Trade Halls 2 &/and 3. I roam around the two halls.  The main reason why I attended the said/aforementioned event was to buy the Character Builder notebook from TaleCraft /Talecraft. I decline not buy the aforementioned/said notebook, (because/due to that) I bought the General Booster/booster pack each, which costs around (120 pesos/Php 120), while the Characer Builder notebook costs around (150 pesos/Php 150).

(After:)

After that, I ate a large fries from El Pollo Loco in/on the Ground Floor level of Building A of (SM Megamall/Megamall).

When I was already riding an air-conditioned bus, I check my wallet, and I had a remaining  (20 pesos/Php 20). I got out from that bus and take an MRT ride from Ortigas Station, to North Edsa Station. When I was at the bus station near North Edsa Station, I took a bus from the said/aforementioned area, going to Malinta Exit, Valenzuela City.

From there, I decided to walk going to Bisalao, and took a tricycle. For those people don’t what tricycle is, it is a three/3-wheeled public utility vehicle, which a motorcyle on left side, and a covered-side car, of course, on the right. There is a similar vehicle in Thailand.

2009 Toy Con

June 13, 2009

I first learned about 2009 Toy Con from Talecraft’s Yahoo! Groups, when the creator of Talecraft does have a booth on June 13 and June 14, 2009, in Mega Trade Halls 2 & 3 in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City Philippines.

At the time I was near of the booth, I learned that the entrance fee is (100 pesos/Php 100). So I decided not to buy a ticket, due to that I don’t have enough money. I do have about (100 pesos/Php 100).

I will ask my parents later, especially my dad, if they will allow me to attend the said/aforementioned event tomorrow.

I do remember that I attended last year’s 2008 Toy Con in the same/aforementioned location, with a (10 peso/Php 10) entrance fee. And then, I watched M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening, in the same (shopping) mall.

When I was at Malinta Exit, Valenzuela City late this afternoon, it was traffic for a couple of minutes. And also, there were a small number of people, in my point of view, seeing/looking/eyeing something. I realized that, they were waiting for buses.

Is it Niagra Falls, or Niagara Falls?

June 7, 2009

While browsing Blogger/BlogSpot website, Tunay na Lalake (Real Man), the blog mentions Lyoto Machida. I check his name on Wikipedia. At the time I was on the bottom of the article about him, I clicked Rashad Evans’s name. And then, I click on Niagara Falls, New York.

I don’t know that Niagara Falls was in New York. All I know is that Niagara Fall was in Canada.

And also, I thought that spelling was Niagara Falls, until it was Niagara Falls.

I learned all these information from Wikipedia.

7-Eleven Malinta Exit.

June 5, 2009

When I was on a bus within the area of Malinta Exit in Valenzuela City, I saw a branch of 7-Eleven, left side if you’re going north of Luzon, right side if you’re going south of Luzon.

I haven’t visited the said/aforementioned branch yet.

A thesis, a road under construction, the Desperate Houewives, and Heath Ledger.

June 4, 2009

Before I woke up this morning, I had a dream. In this dream, I was walking on the left side of a road which is under construction.

I also following a man. At the time after I walked from something that I don’t know, I look to my left, another man walking. And then, another man started talking, switched to (a/an) another dream.

I was sitting with two/2 other people, in somewhere that I don’t know. And then, two/2 students-like came out of nowhere.

I had another dream. In this dream, the main characters of Desperate Housewives in (a/an) awards show, and Teri Hatcher mentions Heath Ledger.

Kris Allen and Adam Lambert, of American Idol (season 8).

May 21, 2009

Disclaimer: I do not own the photos below. For promotional use only. No copyright infringement intended. Photos courtesy of AmericanIdol.com.

I am so happy that Kris Allen won this year’s American Idol. Season 8 of American Idol that is. To be honest, and in my humble opinion, I like Adam Lambert during the auditions. During and from the Hollywood week and onwards, I don’t like Adam Lambert. And the other reason that I don’t like Adam Lambert, is that he squeks, shouts, screams, every time he performs.

Adam Lambert’s performance of “Mad World” (Tears for Fears) - Contestant’s Favorite: A combination of okay performance, and professional performance.

Kris Allen’s performance of “Ain’t No Sunshine” (Bill Withers): I like his perfomance since the Popular iTunes Downloads Week.

Adam Lambert’s performance of “A Change Is Gonna Come” (Sam Cooke) - Simon Fuller’s Choice: I like it but, he destroyed it via his squeaks, and he was like having an irregular bowel movement.

Kris Allen’s performance of “What’s Going On (Marvin Gaye) - Simon Fuller’s choice: I like his acoustic version.

Adam Lambert’s performance of “No Boundaries - Winner’s single: It’s just okay, but, it was like an irregular bowel movement became worse.

Kris Allen’s performance of “No Boundaries - Winner’s single: Better than Adam Lambert’s performance.

Greg Pritchard - Britain’s Got Talent - Show 5

May 13, 2009

My first reaction with this guy, Greg Pritchard from/of Brtian’s Got Talent’s Show 5, is this, if I were one of the judges, and in quotation.:

(I’m confused the way you sing,/I’m confused with your performance,) but I’m impressed.

Despite with all this confusion, I’m going to say yes.

Mermaids (film) and Star Trek (film)

May 11, 2009

I watched this film last Thursday night last week in/on Star Movies, though I failed to see the first few scenes. The movie stars multi-awarded Cher, Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci. In my humble opinion, both Cher and Winona Ryder gave their good performances.

I watched this film last night, on THX-ed Cinema 7/Seven of TriNoma in Quezon City. The performance of the cast were (okay/just fine). Eric Bana’s character is not villainous enough.

The visual effect is wow. These are my predictions for next year’s Academy Awards:

Best Cinematography;

Best Film Editing;

Best Sound Editing;

Best Sound Mixing;

Best Visual Effects

The one with Allison Iraheta being eliminated.

May 8, 2009

In my previous post, I predicted that either Kris Allen or Danny Gokey will be eliminated, but it was Allison Iraheta is the one who eliminated. My first prediction was, either Danny Gokey, or Allison Iraheta. And also, I predicted that Adam Lambert will merged as the winner for American Idol.

The one with American Idol (season 8)’s Top 4/Four.

May 6, 2009

I have a strong feeling that, either Danny Gokey or Kris Allen, will be eliminated, during the “Rock Music” theme.

I don’t know, but that’s my prediction.

And also, I predicted that Adam Lambert will be merged as the winner.

I dream a dream.

April 20, 2009

I had a dream this morning. I dream about singing, Paula Abdul, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and the Jonas Brothers.

In/On that dream, it didn’t mention about American Idol. But, according to that dream, I’ll be singing Numbers the Stars, by the Jonas Brothers.

I don’t know why I dreamt this dream.
